Yes you heard that right. AMD is trying its level best to get back to the top position in the CPU market. It had recently revealed 4 next generation Zen 2 based CPU’s. These were named as Ryzen 5 2600X and Ryzen 7 2700X in the high end bracket and Ryzen 2600 and Ryzen 2700 in the lower end bracket.
RYZEN 2 SPECS:
Sorry we don’t know the intricate details of these chips yet but we do know few details which I am going to share with you.
- Ryzen 2 will fabricated using improved 12 nm fabrication technique as compared to 14 nm used in the previous generation.
- It will also feature a technology called as StoreMI which is a sort of HDD caching technology.
