Reliance is a well known ISP in India and is also one of the few ISP’s which offers FUP free plans to it’s customers. But still they cannot become as popular as BSNL and Airtel. Well the reason for this that they are intentionally shaping the web traffic using hardware equipment's located at their back end. There are many reports from various Reliance users throughout the country on public forums that they are not getting the promised speeds while downloading content form torrents.
