Mozilla Firefox is definitely the worlds most popular web browser as far as Windows OS is concerned but it never gains popularity in the Mobile world. In the world of different mobile operating systems Firefox as a major web browser is no where to be seen. But it do have the version for most popular Mobile OS in the world that is Google Android.
In Android OS Firefox faces stiff competition from Opera. Opera is more popular than Mozilla’s Firefox due to the fact that is supported on older ARM v7 devices also. But Firefox on the other hand is not supported on ARM v7 devices. The other defect in Android Firefox is its stability. Firefox on Android is highly unstable and keep getting closed automatically.
But now everything is different. Mozilla has recently updated their web browser Firefox for Android OS. This includes new look and adds more features to the cores of the system. Some of the features are listed below:

This is the 14th update to Firefox web browser for Android by Mozilla and fixed a lot of bugs which were present in the previous versions. One can sync their history and other data with the desktops version of Firefox. Also it will support only Android versions starting from 2.2. Flash support will not be available for Firefox running on Gingerbread OS.
