Qualcomm is still stuck on Snapdragon 845 and hence it is the SOC that will be featuring in the international version of Galaxy Note 9. I am beginning this article with this fact because you might have the impression Snapdragon 845 is now quite a bit old and there are tons of other devices which features this SOC at much lower prices than Galaxy Note 9.
