As per the latest reports, AMD to gain more popularity in the field of GPU reduce the price of their flagship GPU HD 7970. AMD also slashed the prices of their other graphic cards which include 7950 and 7870. Price cut is around 50$. This moves from AMD comes after they have launched the high end GHz edition of their 7970 and 7950.
These new prices initially will be applicable in USA only. Enthusiasts from other countries may have to wait for the price cut.
Previous and new prices are given below:
* HD 7970 -> From 479 $ to 429 $
* HD 7950 -> From 399 $ to 349 $
* HD 7870 -> From 349 $ to 299 $Also AMD is offering 3 Direct X 11 titles with 79xx series GPU and Dirt Showdown with 78xx series.
That would be great. So in India we can expect a price of Rs. 24,000 for 7970. I am really excited about this. When will the latest pricing available in India
Even after so many days, prices of Graphic cards in India are at the same level. Don’t know when will this price cut come into effect here in India.
