B2 account is definitely a unique type of banking account here in India. It is a completely online bank account and you will not get any ATM card, cheque book, Physical credit card with B3 account. For some people this might not be a good facility but a boon for people like me who frequently spends online.
ICICI is the first Indian bank in India to offer reloadable Virtual Credit Card or you can say Reloadable Prepaid Visa card. This facility is a very useful one for webmasters like me who want to use PayPal. This is the only VCC in India that is fully compatible with PayPal.
You must the know the fact that other VCC’s like the one from HDFC can actually limit your PayPal account at any time because for every transaction you have to add a new credit card to PayPal. You can add and remove the credit card only a certain number of times from your PayPal account. After reaching that secret limit, your account will be limited.
By using ICICI B2 Ewallet one can avoid getting a physical credit card as working of B2 Ewallet is nearly similar to a physical credit card.
The only negative point about ICICI B2 account is that it is available in very limited number of Indian cities. Being a completely online account i expect it to be available on PAN India basis.
