Optimus 2X will not get an update ticket to Android ICS

LG customer care team on their official Twiiter account reveals the fact that their first dual core smartphone Optimus 2X will not get an update to Android 4.0 ICS. This reply came after this question was asked by some Twitter users from Canada that whether LG will release an Android ICS update for their Optimus 2X.

The same official twitter account from LG also reveals that even Optimus Black is also on the list of LG Android Phones that will not be upgraded to Android ICS. The official Twitter account in discussion here is basically of LG Canada. Whether this revealed information is country specific or not? No one can answer this question as of now.
