As you all know that IFA is presently going on in Berlin. At an event like IFA most of the electronic companies are launching their new and anticipated products. In the same event, Sony tries to dominate the already saturated tablet market by releasing its first Quad Core tablet computer named Xperia S. The name given to this new tablet is similar to Xperia S smartphone from Sony.

This new tablet will be running the Android ICS 4.0 as its primary operating system which will be upgradable to Android Jellybean. As far as hardware specs are concerned, Xperia S is powered by the trusted Quad Core chipset from Nvidia that is Tegra 3. It will feature a massive 9.4 inch display with a resolution of 1280 X 800 pixels, a 8MP primary camera and a 1 MP secondary camera.

Expected price for this new tablet will be around 399$ for 16GB, 499$ for 32 GB and 599$ for 64 GB.
