As you all know that Samsung has recently faced a defeat in the legal trial versus Apple which costs the company a massive 1 billion dollar in fine. But today by launching the all new Galaxy Note 2, Samsung bounced back to show the world that they can also innovate like Apple.
Galaxy Note 2 will be the successor to Samsung first ‘Phablet’ that is Galaxy Note. Samsung reveled this massive Tablet+Phone device at the IFA event going on in Berlin.
This new smartphone from Samsung features a massive 5.5 inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 X 720 pixels. Even with a .2 inch increase in the screen size as compared to previous Note, this new Phablet is overall narrower than the previous one. Other features includes an improved stylus called S Pen which will use the improved sensing technology from Wacom to take on the Styluses available for Apple iPhone and iPad.
As far as hardware specs are concerned then this new smartphone from Samsung beats other smartphones available in the market presently. The all new Note 2 is powered by Samsung’s trusted Exynos chipset featuring a Quad Core processor clocked at 1.4 GHz. Other specs include a 8MP primary camera and a 1.9 MP secondary camera fro video calling. This new Galaxy series smartphone from Samsung will be running the latest version of the Google Android operating system that is Android Jellybean 4.1
Till now Samsung has not released any information on the expected price of this new device.
